2015 Chardonnay

This wine has a beautiful golden hue, and on the nose points toward some classic desserts. There is a bouquet of creme brûlée, caramel apple and sweet vanilla. All of this is complimented by aromas of brown apple, lemon zest and tangerine. On the palate you’ll find balanced acidity and a full, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is persistent with flavors reminiscent of a delicious white pasta sauce—though not as rich. Ultimately this wine is full-bodied, balanced and food friendly.
