2016 Proprietary Red Wine

The smell of fresh picked red cherries entice you, and then you find a bouquet of sweet milk chocolate. When you take your first sip you’ll find all of that begin to mature, as the red cherries turn to creme de cassis and the sweet chocolate turns to baking spices and baker’s chocolate. While the wine at first seems playful and approachable, it reveals itself to be much more complex on the palate. Finally, a finish of iron-rich earth and cocoa dust tannins. A wine that will drink fine on its own, but also has the depth to stand up to the richest of foods.
